Eden House Holiday Cottage, offers spacious, 1 bedroom self catering accommodation, for up to 2 people. Having been fully refurbished to a high standard, you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable. A home from home for your holiday or shorter break.
Relaxation is the name of the game!
With a cosy sitting room with log burning fire, or a separate Sun Room / Dining Area to choose from, there’s plenty of space to relax and unwind. Make use of the reference materials we provide to plan your day trips in the region, walks, or cycle routes, or pick up a novel and indulge in some relaxation, or just enjoy the views down the garden and the sunshine flooding in through the French Windows from the separate sun-room.
Inside the Cottage
The Cottage offers comfort and elegance, using quality soft furnishings and traditional furniture, in keeping with the age of the property. We use only quality cotton bedding, soft cotton bath-sheet size towels and provide quality complimentary toiletries.
There is a new fully fitted kitchen, with all the modern appliances to help make your stay comfortable and homely, including a washing machine, dish-washer, micro-wave and even a slow cooker.
The kitchen opens out into a spacious dining area and sun room, with French doors leading to an outside seating area and patio, with lovely views down the private walled gardens. A perfect sun spot to relax with a book and glass of wine.
The generously proportioned bedroom is on the first floor, with a King-size bed, & vaulted ceiling, and is light and airy. Plenty of clothes storage with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, chest of draws & bedside cabinets. There is an en-suite bathroom which is has been fully refurbished and benefits from a bath and power shower over the bath.
We are happy to provide guests with access to our WiFi free of charge (password required).
Outside the Cottage
The Cottage has a lovely patio area which catches the sun all day from mid morning, with garden furniture provided for sitting outside and enjoying the views down the owners private walled garden.
We have a large private gated, off street, car park at the rear of the property, with car parking provided for one vehicle.
There is private secure parking at the rear of the cottage, so you can enjoy an amble through the private garden, when returning at the end of a day out, and you don’t need to worry about finding a parking space. Our change over day (booking day) is usually Friday for 7 night breaks, but we do offer some flexibility on this during autumn & winter months, when shorter breaks are available.

Booking with us
Eden House Holiday Cottage is bookable for periods of 7 nights during peak periods of the year, and for shorter 3 or more night breaks during the less busy autumn & winter months. The change over day is Friday for 7 Night breaks, or Monday/Friday for shorter breaks (4 nights is Monday to Friday, 3 Nights is Friday to Monday). Flexible check in days can be accommodated at off peak periods.
We sometimes have Seasonal Special Offers, particularly during quieter winter periods, or limited last minute availability. Check our Booking Page for details.
