Eden House Holiday Cottage is normally bookable for periods of 7 nights, or more, during peak times of the year, and for shorter breaks, anything from 3 up to 7 nights, during the less busy Autumn & Winter months. The change over day is normally Friday for 7 Night breaks, or Monday/Friday for shorter breaks (4 nights is Monday to Friday, 3 Nights is Friday to Monday). During the Autumn & Winter months we can sometimes offer fully flexible checking in days, and also have late availability special offers at certain times of the year. Eden House Holiday Cottage is available for booking all year round, including Christmas & New Year. Prices & Availability dates can be checked by using our online booking calendar (prior to making a reservation), or drop us an email with your enquiry.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Once you’ve made your booking request and your dates are confirmed a 30% deposit will be required to secure the booking. A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received in full. The Booking Deposit is due immediately the Booking is made, and upon receipt of the Booking Form & Terms. If the letting start date is within 6 week's of the Booking request, the full amount is payable by the Guest(s). Where a deposit is paid, you become liable for the balance of the rent, which will be due for full payment, at least 6 week's prior to the start of the holiday. If the balance remains unpaid by 5 weeks before the holiday commencement date, notice may be given via email or post of the cancellation of the holiday, in which case no refund will be possible and the dates may be re-booked.
