Our one bedroom cottage is spacious and airy and has been fully refurbished to a high standard. We pride ourselves on offering high quality, self catering Holiday Accommodation in Pickering, with personal attention to detail and that hint of luxury for your stay. We can provide storage for bicycles, we have a large car park at the rear of the cottage, with ample secure parking for one vehicle.

Dalby Forest, just a short drive away, is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering scenic walking trails, cycle hire, and a choice of road, track, and renowned mountain biking routes. The forest’s visitor centre, with its café and facilities, makes it an ideal day out for couples and nature lovers.
Best of all, you don’t always need to travel far – there are fantastic walking and cycling routes starting right from the cottage doorstep, so you can explore the beauty of Pickering and the North York Moors without even getting in the car.

Pickering
Eden House Holiday Cottage is perfectly located in the historic market town of Pickering – the gateway to the spectacular North York Moors National Park.
Just a short stroll from the cottage brings you to Pickering’s bustling town centre, where you’ll discover a mix of independent shops, cosy cafés, traditional pubs, and welcoming restaurants. The town also hosts an indoor market and is home to the world-famous North York Moors Railway (NYMR), where steam trains run between Pickering and Whitby from March through December.
Pickering is a thriving and much-loved market town, making it an ideal base for a holiday or short break in North Yorkshire. From here, you have easy access to the stunning landscapes of the North York Moors, the heritage steam railway, and the scenic trails of Dalby Forest. Picturesque villages and charming towns are scattered across the moors, while the dramatic Yorkshire Coast – including Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay, and Scarborough – is just a short drive away. Closer to home, Pickering boasts its own historic Castle, the fascinating Beck Isle Museum, and a lively calendar of local events throughout the year.
